Product Shipping Policy
All products purchased online will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail in a conforming package with “Mythical Coffee” marked as the source of the shipment, unless the Local Pickup option is available and chosen. We currently will be roasting on Fridays, every order placed online will be shipped within two days after our roast date unless otherwise indicated in the product description on the product page. A USPS tracking number will be issued for all shipments on the day the shipment is processed.
For orders using the Local Pickup option we will communicate with you by email for where to pick up the coffee in Chandler, AZ. The address will be at 713 W. Loughlin Dr. Chandler, AZ 85225 unless another meeting location is communicated. We will have the Local Pickup items ready for pick up within two days of roasting unless stated otherwise on the product description page. If you select the Local Pickup option you have to find a way to coordinate with us to accept your purchased goods. Mythical Coffee will not be held liable for Local Pickup options that are not picked up by you.
Product Purchase and Return Policy
Given the nature of coffee products as a food items, and for the safety of our customers, Mythical Coffee can not accept returns on such items. Mythical Coffee reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to process a full or partial monetary refund to customers who have received a product that does not meet its quality standards.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
